This door and glass panel is almost too late to fix and is very close to replacement stage   We were able to salvage this door and glass panel for 1/3rd the cost of replacement

Our 9 Step Process:

  • 1. Remove All Hardware Locks Hinges, Strip down to raw wood.
  • 2. Repair damaged areas ie.. Bee Holes or dings
  • 3. Sand Completely with 3 separate grits of sandpaper
  • 4. Wash door with solvent to remove any contaminants.
  • 5. Stain with highly Pigmented slow to fade "Gemini" Stain
  • 6. 4 coats of UV protected "Urethane" Finish sanding between each coat
  • 7. Re install all hardware locks and hinges with new vinyl door bottom
  • 8. Bring your door home to you replacing all of your vinyl weather-stripping
  • 9. Adjusting doors and locks for smooth operation and seal.
